At Doehrman & Chamberlain, we offer, in part, contingency fee agreements, which are beneficial to clients and referring attorneys. Litigation expenses are typically advanced on client cases. Such expenses include certified medical records; physician reports; investigations; and, the like. Each case is different, so the amount of expenses varies greatly. In fact, litigation expenses may exceed $200,000.00 or more in cases involving complex issues; conflicting expert witnesses; demonstrative models; computer animation; accident reconstruction; and, the like.
