The drunk driver was employed at the bar where she was sneaking drinks. An action was initiated against the bar and the employee individually. The jury returned a verdict against the bar owners and the bartender. This is one of the largest jury verdicts in Indiana, resulting in part, in the revocation of liquor licenses and sales of two Indianapolis bars.
