Orthopedic
Injury
An orthopedic
surgeon deals with broken bones and other anatomical injuries,
including torn tendons, ripped ligaments and the like. Some
injuries are treated conservatively while others are subject
to surgical intervention, with the placement of screws, rods,
plates, mesh screens, and metal cages. Orthopedic surgery
is an art form with no precise formula for treating a patient's
injury. Likewise, once a patient is injured and treated for
their orthopedic injuries, while the injuries may heal, the
prospect for future medical complications; additional surgical
procedures; arthritis; potential for re-injury; and, other
issues make it important to hire a lawyer that has experience
in evaluating a client's injury, and working with the treating
physician to obtain a result that will fully, and adequately
compensate, for a lifetime. |
