Three of the firm's attorneys were named to the Indiana Super Lawyers® list: Partners Daniel S. Chamberlain and Thomas C. Doehrman, as well as associate attorney Daniel J. Buba. The Indiana Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA) named Doehrman Indiana Trial Lawyer of the Year in 2002, and he was named to the Indiana Super Lawyers Top 50 list in 2007. Doehrman has served on ITLA's board and will assume its presidency this year. He also is past director of the Traumatic Brain Injury Litigation Group of the American Association for Justice (AAJ). In 2005, Doehrman was selected to the Academy of Catastrophic Injury Attorneys (ACIA).
Chamberlain, who has been named to the Super Lawyers list since 2004, has advocated for clients for nearly two decades. He is active in the AAJ and has served as chair of its tort liability section and the Leaders Forum. He sits on the ITLA's board of directors and executive committee, and he served on the board and as chair of the Indianapolis Bar Association's litigation section. Chamberlain was also selected to ACIA. Dan also serves as a Director of the Brain Injury Association of Indiana and formerly the Governor's Council on Impaired and Dangerous Driving.
Buba brings rich trial experience to his work as a personal injury and medical malpractice attorney. He started his career defending corporations and insurance companies against personal injury and wrongful death claims, giving him insight on how to best maximize claims for clients. Buba recently served as president of the IBA and on the board of the AAJ Interstate Trucking Litigation Group.
