Meet Indianapolis Truck Accident Attorney Dan Buba

Daniel J. Buba is an experienced Indianapolis truck accident attorney at the law firm of Doehrman Chamberlain. With over 16 years of litigation experience, Dan represents individuals who have suffered serious injuries in truck accidents caused by mechanical problems and truck driver error.

Prior to joining Doehrman Chamberlain, Dan practiced as an in house defense lawyer for a large insurance company, representing a variety of commercial clients, including truck drivers, trucking companies, and construction companies. He uses his knowledge of the defense side to help maximize recovery for victims of truck accidents.

Dan has practiced in the Indianapolis area since graduating from law school in 1994. He is an active member of the legal community on both the local and national level. He has held multiple officer and board member positions with the Indianapolis Bar Association, and served as President of the Bar Association in 2008. Mr. Buba has served on the Board of Directors of AAJ’s Trucking Litigation Group since 2007, and currently serves as the Chair-Elect. He has authored numerous legal papers and lectures at local and national legal seminars.
